As I drive through the lovely 55+ community of Arbour Green, I am thrilled to call it my own. I pull into the driveway and gaze at my new house…a stunning twin home, with first floor living, and was built by local Builder, John Garris. Entering my home, right away I am welcomed by the bright and airy foyer and the spaciousness of the main floor. Off the foyer and to my left is a guest bedroom. The room lets in so much sunlight and has ample closet space. I can’t wait for my family and friends to come visit, as they will have their own room to stretch out and stay for a while! As I follow the central hallway, I pass by the full bathroom that will be convenient for my guests. As well as, the laundry room that offers additional storage for all my necessary supplies! I work my way into the kitchen which is connected to a spacious eat-in dining area. This will be the perfect place to enjoy family meals and hosting my friends, especially during the holidays! The kitchen offers modern cabinetry, updated appliances and has ample countertop space. As for the dining room, the stunning bump-out window lets in so much natural sunlight and the room is sizeable allowing me to add my China cabinet for all my special dishes! From the dining room, the space opens to the family room. A beautiful fireplace is the focal point of the room, and I am imagining spending evenings staying warm and cozy right here, curled up on the couch with a good book! There is a door from the family room that leads me out to the patio. Surrounded by mature trees, the patio is a peaceful spot that I can’t wait to enjoy. I can already envision hosting summer BBQs and get togethers with my family, friends, and neighbors! Off the living room is my Owner’s suite. This space provides a peaceful retreat complete with all the comforts of modern living. Sunlight pours into the space, there are two sizeable closets, and a full bathroom. Come with me and ascend upstairs to discover one of my favorite features of this home…the charming loft! I will be able to use this space in various ways. I can imagine using this area as my home office, a craft room, and or another spot for when my guests come to visit. There is even a full bathroom to complete the room. On the lower level, there is an unfinished basement. It provides a ton of space for all my storage needs. I am even considering finishing the basement down the road, I like that I have options! The location of this home is another reason why I love it so much. Nearby are tons of shops, restaurants and stores. Also, a quick drive away is the Hatfield Aquatic Center, Clemens Memorial Park, route 309, and the entrance to the turnpike which is super convenient. I can't wait to call this my new home!
